Healthy BBQ Pizza

  • 1/2 lb Lean Ground Beef (or Turkey)
  • 1/2 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Carrot, chopped
  • 1/3 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 dash Black Pepper
  • 4 Pizza Crusts (4 oz)
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded part-skim Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh Cilantro, chopped

Preheat oven to 450.

Cook beef, onion, and carrot in large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until brown, stirring to crumble. Drain well; return meat to mixture pan. Stir in BBQ sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.

Place pizza crusts on a baking sheet. Divide beef mixture evenly among crusts and sprinke with cheese.

Bake pizzas for 12 minutes or until cheese melts.

Sprinkle with cilantro, cut, and serve.
