Grilled Blue Cheese Crostini

  • 2 (1 oz) slices whole grain baguette
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 1 oz light blue cheese
Place bread slices on a grill rack coated with cooking spray. If cooking with Lighter Steak Salad, simply place on skillet after cooking steak. Clean off excess steak fat. Grill 30 seconds - 1 minute each side or until golden. Let bread slightly cool. Rub cut side of garlic over one side of each crostini. Sprinkle with blue cheese.
