Sun Dried Tomato and Goat Cheese Dip

  • 4 oz. softened goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup softened non-fat cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp finely chopped sun dried tomatoes from oil-packed jar
  • 1/2 tsp from the jar
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 cup of water
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, whisking in the water last. Season with salt and pepper to taste if desired. Enjoy with chips, crackers, veggies, etc.!
