- 2 large zucchini, cut in half lengthwise, seeds removed
- 1/4 lb ground turkey
- 2 plum tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese

Preheat grill to low heat. Combine sausage, tomatoes, garlic, and 2 Tbsp cheese in a medium bowl. Mix well. Fill zucchini halves with sausage mixture, pressing gently; top with remaining cheese. Grill, covered with grill lid, for 40 minutes or until sausage is no longer pink. Divide into 2 servings.
