- 1 lb unpeeled, large, raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1.5 Tbsp Tony's
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1/8 tsp salt; 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
Preheat oven to 400. Place shrimp in an 11x7 baking dish. Combine oil, lemon juice, garlic, Tony's, soy sauce and Tabasco, salt and pepper. Pour over shrimp and toss to coat. Place lemon in baking dish along side shrimp. Bake 10 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
