Pesto Chicken Bake

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • small jar basil pesto
  • 3 roma tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella 
Preheat oven to 400. Place chicken in a nonstick baking pan. Salt and pepper to taste. Spoon on basil pesto sauce evenly. Layer tomatoes on top and cover with cheese. Bake for 40 minutes. Makes 3 servings.
