- 1 can Creamed Corn
- 1 can Whole Kernel Corn, drained
- 8 oz Sour Cream
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1 box Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
- 1 Stick Margarine
Melt margarine; add corn break mix, sour cream, and egg. Mix ingredients with electric mixer. Stir in corn. Bake 30 minutes at 350 in 13x9" greased caserole dish.
