Black Bean and Mango Salsa

  • 1 can Black Beans (15 oz), rinsed and drained
  • 1 Mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1 small Green Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 2 Plum Tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 4 Green Onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Italian Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 1 tbsp fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 tsp fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Seasoned Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Pepper (or Tony's, no seasoned pepper)
  • 1/2 tsp Hot Sauce (Tobasco)
  • Assorted Tortilla Chips (Lime flavored recommended)
Mix together all ingredients, except chips, in a large bowl. Cover and chill approx. 1 hour (best if chilled overnight). Serve with tortilla chips.
