Very Berry Smoothie

  • 3 tbsp Vanilla non-fat Yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen berry mix
    • Blueberries
    • Blackberries
    • Strawberries
    • Raspberries
  • 3/4 cup Organic Soy Milk
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 2-4 Ice Cubes
Blend and serve. Makes 1 large serving.
