Very Berry Smoothie
3 tbsp Vanilla non-fat Yogurt
1 cup fresh or frozen berry mix
Blueberries
Blackberries
Strawberries
Raspberries
3/4 cup Organic Soy Milk
1/4 cup Water
2-4 Ice Cubes
Blend and serve. Makes 1 large serving.
