How to divide your plate

Tennis Ball
1 cup cooked rice, pasta, or ice cream
 
Deck of Cards
3 oz cooked chicken or meat (4 oz raw)
















Golf Ball
2 tbsp peanut butter, jam, salad dressing
 
Baseball
1 medium piece of fruit

















1 Domino or 4 Dice
1 oz cheese
1 Die
1 tsp butter or margarine
