Black Bean and Pineapple Salad


  • 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups fresh cut pineapple, small cubes
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; toss well. Makes 2 servings. Goes great with fish dishes such as Tilapia and Salmon.
