Good Fat vs. Bad Fat

Just remember, everything in moderation!

It is important to remember that any food eaten in excess is stored as fat. Do not be fooled but products that claim they are fat-free or low-fat. If your body does not utilize the calories, they are stored as fat. It is the fat in foods that gives you the feeling of fullness and satiety. However, when that fat is removed it is often replaced with more sugar like high fructose corn syrup. Not only will these foods not fill you up (which will cause you to eat an excess amount), it might result in an increased intake of calories, possibly leasing to unwanted weight gain.
