- 1/2 lb ground sirloin
- 1 chipotle pepper from can, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 slice provolone cheese
- 2 whole-wheat hamburger buns, toasted
- 1/2 avocado, pitted and sliced

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Combine ground sirloin, chipotle pepper, garlic, cilantro, and pepper in medium bowl. Mix until ingredients are combined. Shape into 2 patties. Grill patties, covered with grill lid, 6 minutes each side or until desired degree of doneness. Top with cheese for last minute of cooking. Top with avocado and place on bun. Makes 2 burgers.
