- 1/2 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 slices center-cut bacon, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 400. Toss green beans, bacon, garlic, salt, and pepper in a pan coated with cooking spray. Bake 12-15 minutes or until crisp-tender. Makes 2 portions.
