- 2 - 4 oz. center cut loin pork chops
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp honey
Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper; rub with rosemary and garlic. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops. Cook 2-3 minutes on each side or until done. Removed from skillet and keep warm. Add strawberries, vinegar and honey to skillet; cook 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce is slightly thickened. Place one pork chop on each of 2 plates and divide strawberry mixture evenly.
