Green-Onion Lime Rice

  • 1/2 cup uncooked long-grain rice
  • 2 Tbsp chopped green onions
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1/8 tsp salt
Cook rice according to package directions. Combine rice, green onions, lime juice, and salt in medium bowl; toss. Makes 2 servings.
