- 3 whole-wheat hamburger buns
- 1/2 lb ground turkey
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped celery
- 2 tsp hot sauce
- 1/8 tsp each salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1.5 Tbsp low-fat mayo
- 2 green leaf lettuce leaves

Toast buns. Tear one bun into chunks and place in a mini chopper; pulse until breadcrumbs form. Combine ground turkey, 3 Tbsp bread crumbs, celery, hot sauce, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Shape turkey mixture into 2 patties. Heat a nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add patties; cook 5-7 minutes per side or until done. Stir together blue cheese and mayo. Place 1 lettuce leaf and 1 patty on each bun and top evenly with blue cheese mixture.
