- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp chili powder
- 1/8 tsp dried oregano
- 1 (8 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/4 cup light sour cream
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1.5 Tbsp lime juice
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 4 (6-inch) wheat tortillas
- 1 cup shredded green leaf lettuce
- 1 plum tomato
- 1/4 cup Mexican blend shredded cheese

Stir together garlic salt, chili powder, and oregano; rub spice mixture over chicken. Heat grill pan coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 6 minutes per side or until done. Let stand 3 minutes; cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices. Stir together sour cream, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. heat tortillas according to package directions. Fill tortillas evenly with chicken, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and sour cream mixture. Makes 2 servings of 2 tacos each.
