Grilled Greek Chicken Thighs

  • 2 tsp Greek seasoning
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp grated lemon rind
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Combine seasoning, oil, lemon rind, garlic, salt and pepper in a large zip-loc bag. Add chicken; seal and turn to coat. Marinate 30 minutes in refrigerator, or overnight. Remove chicken from bag; discard marinade. Grill chicken, covered with grill lid, 5 minutes per side or until done. Divide and serve. Makes 2 servings.
