Maple-Soy Flank Steak

  • 1/2 lb flank steak
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1.5 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
Place flank steak in large zip-loc bag. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, vinegar, red pepper, and garlic. Pour marinade over steak; seal bag, and turn to coat. Refrigerate overnight. Remove steak from bag and discard marinade. Grill steak, covered with grill lid, 4 minutes per side, or until desired degree of doneness. Divide and serve. Makes 2 servings.
