- 2 slices center cut bacon
- 4 cups shredded romaine lettuce
- 1 cup shredded deli rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
Cook bacon until crisp; crumble. Layer all ingredients onto 2 plates; drizzle with BBQ sauce. Makes 2 servings.
