- 1/2 lb boneless top-sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt; 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Toss beef with oil, salt and pepper. Thread beef and tomatoes alternately onto 12-inch skewers. Grill steak, covered with grill lid, 5 minutes per side or to desired degree of doneness. Makes 2 servings.
