- 2 (4 oz.) boneless pork loin chops
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh basil
- 1 Tbsp light mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Rub both sides of pork chops with cut side of garlic. Brush evenly with oil, and sprinkle with oregano and 1/8 tsp salt. Grill, without grill lid, 4 minutes per side or until done. Stir together yogurt, basil, mayonnaise, mustard, and remaining salt. Spoon yogurt mixture evenly over pork chops. Makes 2 servings.
