- 2 (6oz.) pork loin chops
- 1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 small apple, sliced
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

Preheat grill to medium high heat. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. Place in large heavy-duty aluminum foil. Top with evenly divided onion and apple slices. Place 1/2 Tbsp butter and 1 sprig of rosemary on each packet. Seal tightly. Grill, covered with grill lid, 15 minutes or until pork is done. Makes 2 servings.
