BBQ Flank Steak

  • 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 lb flank steak
Combine ingredients and marinate overnight in zip top bag. Remove steak from bag, reserving sauce. Broil 5-6 minutes per side or to desired degree of doneness. Meanwhile, bring reserved sauce to boil in small sauce pan; boil 2 minutes. Let steak stand 5 minutes; slice thinly across the grain. Drizzle with sauce. Makes 2 servings.
