- 1 lb ground beef
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 c ketchup
- 1 Tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tube of 8 biscuits (whole wheat shown here)
- burger toppings of choice
Preheat oven to 400. Cook the beef in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring to crumble until no longer pink. Add salt and pepper, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar to beef and stir until evening mixed. Remove from heat.
Place biscuit in a muffin pan and press down to form into a cup. Place beef mixture into each. Bake in oven at 400 for 10 minutes. Add cheese if desired and cook 5 more minutes. Remove from muffin pan and top as desired.
