- 1 lb Ribeye
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp butter, + 4 Tbsp, melted
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 2 cloves garlic, whole + 2 cloves, minced
- 2 small loaves French bread
- 2 Tbsp Parmesan
- 2 Tbsp Parsley, finely chopped

Cut a hole in bread to hollow it out. Slide Ribeye into bread and place on baking sheet. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley. and Parmesan into small bowl. Spoon over top the bread. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Makes 2.
