Stuffed Garlic Bread Ribeye

  • 1 lb Ribeye
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp butter, + 4 Tbsp, melted
  • 2 sprigs rosemary 
  • 2 cloves garlic, whole + 2 cloves, minced
  • 2 small loaves French bread
  •  2 Tbsp Parmesan
  • 2 Tbsp Parsley, finely chopped
Preheat oven to 350. Heat oil in non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cut Ribeye into 1 long pieces. Sear in hot oil for 1 minute, turning half way. Add 2 Tbsp butter, rosemary, and 2 cloves garlic to pan. Continue to cook until outsides are browned.

Cut a hole in bread to hollow it out. Slide Ribeye into bread and place on baking sheet. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley. and Parmesan into small bowl. Spoon over top the bread. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Makes 2.
