Shrimp Broil Packets

  • 1 lb brown gulf shrimp, peeled, tails intact
  • 1 package andouille sausage 
  • 2 ears corn
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 baby red potatoes
  • olive oil 
  • pepper
  • parsley 
  • Tony's
  • 4 slices butter
Preheat grill or broiler. Lay 2 large sheets of aluminum foil out. Divide shrimp among sheets. Cut corn into small portions; divide among sheets. Cut potatoes into smaller pieces; divide among sheets. Slice sausage; divide among sheets. Mince garlic and divide. Sprinkle with pepper; drizzle with olive oil; sprinkle with parsley and Tony's to taste. Place butter slices on top. Seal foil into packages by folding over edges. Grill for 10 minutes. Makes 2 large servings.
