- 1 cup mayo
- 1 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 Tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
The Rest...
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 1.5 lb medium shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1.5 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tsp paprika
- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley
- black pepper to taste
Mix all sauce ingredients together and set aside. Cook and drain pasta. Place uncooked shrimp in medium bowl. Add paprika, garlic, and pepper. Heat oil in skillet and cook shrimp, moving constantly until no longer pink (about 10 min). Remove from heat. Add all ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Makes about 5-6 servings. Top with parsley.
