Chicken with Sweet-Hot Sauce

  • 2 (8 oz.) Chicken Breasts
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 Tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tsp lower sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Sprinkle cumin on chicken and grill, covered with grill lid, for about 6 minutes per side, or until done. Meanwhile, combine all other ingredients in a small bowl. Spoon sauce over chicken. Makes 2 servings.
