- Pizza dough
- 1 lb ground beef, cooked
- 2 roma tomatoes
- 1 cup Mexican blend cheese
- Optional sides: lettuce, sour cream, salsa, guacamole
Preheat oven to 375. Lay out pizza dough on nonstick baking pan. Cut slices about 1.5-2 inches towards the center on both sides, leaving 3 inches down the middle. Spoon on beef and chopped tomatoes down the center. Add 1/2 cup cheese on top of the beef and tomatoes. Braid the dough by alternating sides on top the center, tucking in the end. Sprinkle on remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top. Bake for 20 minutes. Makes 4 servings. Serve with whatever sides desired!
