Yogurt and Berry Parfait


  • 6 oz Form Tofu 
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 3/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 1.5 cups Fat-Free Plain Greek-style Yogurt
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup homemade or Low Fat Granola
Makes 2 servings.
