- 1/4 lb ground round
- 1/4 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 2 (2 oz.) French rolls, split horizontally
- 1/2 cup tomato and basil pasta sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded four-cheese Mexican blend cheese

Preheat oven to 400. Cook ground beef and Italian seasoning in a nonstick skillet over medium heat 6 minutes or until browned; drain; return beef to skillet. Stir in spinach; cook 1 minute. Place rolls, cut side up, on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Spread each with pasta sauce. Top with ground beef; sprinkle with cheese. Bake open face 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is toasted.
