- 4 (6-inch) wheat tortillas
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped sweet onion
- 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup guacamole
- 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken

Preheat oven to 400. Place tortillas on a baking sheet, and coat with cooking spray. Bake 6 minutes or until crisp. Stir together tomato, onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a small bowl. Spread 1 Tbsp guacamole over each tortilla; top each with 1/4 cup chicken and spoon tomato mixture on evenly. Serve 2 tostadas per serving, making 2 servings.
